GET THE LOOK - Celebrity Style Steal

I have been noticing too many influencers and YouTubers recreating their favorite celebrity beauty and fashion looks for less, because why spending a bomb when you can actually sport the similar style for a much smaller amount. While I don't follow what's trending very often but this theme seemed too interesting to be ignored and that's when I decided to jump into the 'Celebrity Style Steal' bandwagon.

I chose to sport the looks (for less) of four of my favourite celebs, whom I feel are effortlessly stylish and are quite experimental when it comes to creating outfits. Two from our good ol' Bollywood and the other two from Hollywood.

Sonam Kapoor

First up has to be my favourite of em' all and I am sure its not just me who is in awe of Sonam Kapoor's style. Be it her red carpet appearances or her airport fashion statement, I personally look forward to each one of them.
For this post I decided to steal one of her airport looks, where she was seen dressed up in Bhane from top to bottom (INR 5,000). Since I had both this dress & the denims it was an added advantage! While she chose to pair it with Gucci loafers (INR 70,000 approx) and Dolce & Gabbana Needlepoint handbag (INR 3.25Lacs approx), I opted for Forever 21 oxfords (INR 1,200) and a sling from Zaful (INR 1,900)

Sonam's look - INR 3,95,000 approx
My Steal - INR 8,100

Kangana Ranaut

When Kangana was spotted wearing this check patterned Anavila saree  (INR 30,000 approx) at an airport, she literally burst the bubble of those who thought that airport looks were all about lounge-wear or western outfits. What caught my eyes was that she styled it with a pair of shoes from Tods (INR 40,000 approx) and oversized clear glasses. She carried a brown Burberry trench coat (INR 1.5Lacs approx) along, probably heading towards cooler location!  Also you cannot miss those quirky space buns, as the hairdo and the pale pink Burberry bag (INR 1Lac approx)
While I couldn't get a saree in the exact colour, I picked one in black (INR 450) & paired it with these brown & tan Footin loafers (INR 999) and carried a Marie Claire tan bag along (INR 1,199). A grey trench coat from Ajio (INR 1,299) & space buns to match up with her details.

Kangana's Look - INR 3,20,000 approx
My Steal - INR - 4,150

Bella Hadid

The Hadid sisters are not just famous for their looks and superb bodies but are also lauded for their beauty and fashion choices. The look that I chose to recreate was when she was spotted leaving the New York Fashion Week wearing this Sami Miró Skirt Suit along with Linda Farrow Sunglasses (INR 4.5Lacs approx). She teamed this look with Nike Air Zoom trainers (INR 14,000) and Chrome Hearts leopard print bag.
I chose to style this Zara dress that I picked on sale (INR 990) alongwith Qupid sneakers (INR 600). Added these vintage sunglasses (INR 250) and a faux leather bag by Zwende (INR 1,250).
A sleek top knot bun, hint of gold on the eyes and a dab of clear gloss on the lips

Bella's Look - over INR 5,00,000 approx
My Steal - INR - 3,090

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is one of those celebrities whose style has evolved over the years, for good! From dressing up like an ordinary girl next door to making a strong presence with her edgy style statement, Swift has come a long way in terms of fashion. I decided to recreate one of her street style looks that I absolutely loved because she sported this after heading from a gym post a rigorous workout. Like howwww.. She wore a gingham-print Oscar de la Renta pencil dress (INR 1.85Lacs approx) with YSL lace-up oxford heels (INR 48,000 approx). Accented the monochrome attire with a J Mendel cherry red crossbody INR 1Lac approx).
I wore separates to exhibit a dress like look by pairing Oeuvre gingham top (INR 1,079) with a Forever 21 pencil skirt (INR 999). Added these oxford heels (INR 300) and a Miniso sling (INR 590). For the hairdo, I sported a faux bob to match up with hers and finally, a pop of matte red on the lips.

Taylor Swift's Look - INR 3,33,000 approx
My Steal - INR - 3,000 approx
